After months of failure to secure Tree Service’s .. I called Keith after work hours
on a Thursday night.. The next day we met up to review my concerns regarding tree limbs hanging over CH Power lines, as well as the 100 foot oak tree looming over my home.
After that initial meeting .. My fears and worries were put to rest. I could see Keith was invested in helping me protect my home and property.
So for few weeks I had dialogue with the front office. Rachel runs the show with scheduling. She secured my permit with City of Kingston DPW to shut my street down per work completion . Great communication with her..
Always very pleasant on the phone .
So big day arrives. 7:30 a.m. a caravan of vehicles with blinking lights coming down Wilbur Ave . Trucks, The Chipper . The $750,000 Crane with The CLAW! 5 man crew all very professional and approachable. I mean we are taking the day after Xmas 🎄 ( helped i procured a box of Stewart’s Coffee 😀)
By 11:30 a.m. my street was empty. Work completed in the most proficient manner !
Me being a working class senior citizen on a fixed income ..
The price Keith quoted me was beyond reasonable .. Like if I had more savings I would have gladly given him more of it.
Lastly it should be noted. When you invest in hiring a contractor you it’s a two way street.
Hiring Keith you get that .. You also get the support of an honorable veteran having served 2 tours in Afghanistan.🇺🇸 Coming home to take over as the 4th generation of his families tree business ( NYS challenges )
And someone who’s found the time in his busy schedule to volunteer with clean up efforts from Hurricane Helene down in Henderson County NC .. This man gets what it means to “ step up “
